This guy isn't in the game, but will be in a future game. However, the mighty powers he's showing here are identical to a certain posing bad guy...
The title is from the incredible Japanese 80s band, Psy-S, who did all the music for the anime of To-Y (one of my favourite manga). The guitarist went on to make Parappa the Rapper.

This is in your gallery! I don't understand why I've not seen it before, theres something sinister going on!

This is outstanding work, its easily my favourite piece out of everything in your gallery. I would like to give it 40/40 (and not because I give everything 40/40!) because it deserves it. I know you prefer constructive critism but I'm not an artist so I can't give it.

Now if it were a costume...
